Abstract
Along with the development of the times and the advancement of the maritime and marine transportation sector, it has brought rapid progress for the advancement of the maritime and transportation industry, for developing countries like Indonesia, the maritime sector has become a benchmark for progress in developing countries. The growth of maritime transportation and industrial services has prompted the Ministry of Sea Transportation to add port management unit offices in various regions in Indonesia, this is due to the growing public need for document management for their ships. With the addition of the Port Administration Unit office, employees are also increasingly being added and also pay attention to work ability, leadership, work motivation and employee discipline to achieve the best performance. The data used are primary data which is a number of questionnaires distributed to all employees of the Class III Juwana Port Administration Unit as many as 30 respondents. The variables used are: independent variables in the form of analysis of work ability, leadership, work discipline, and work motivation. While the dependent variable is employee performance. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test are processed to produce the following regression equation: Y = -1,569 + 0,258.X1 + 0,174.X2 + 0,375.X3 + 0,307.X4 + µ Where the variables of work ability (X1), leadership (X2), work discipline (X3), work motivation (X4) have a positive influence which means that work ability, leadership, work discipline, and work motivation can potentially improve employee performance (Y) Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Ability, Leadership, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation.
