Abstract
The research purpose is to analyze the effect of price, service quality, and promotion to purchase decisions of Joglosemarkerto Train tickets. This research will explains the factors that affects purchase decisions by using multiple indicators. These factors are price, service quality, and promotion. The data for this research were acquired from Joglosemarkerto’s passengers by using questioner. The object of this research are passengers of Joglosemarkerto Train. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling technique. The sample based on condition needed for research used as samples and used regression analysis. The results of regression analysis and t test revealed that the price variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), service quality (X2) had no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant effect on decisions purchase (Y). The coefficient of determination results obtained by 0.423 or by 42.3%. Price variable (X1), service quality (X2), and promotion (X3) have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y) of 42.3%, while the rest (100% - 42.3% = 57.7%) are influenced by other variables outside this research.
