Abstract
ROLE OF SHIP GOVERMENT (KN SUAR 11) IN AVAVATION OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE SAFETY OF DELIVERY IN WORKING AREAS OF CLASS II NAVIGATION DISTRICT, SEMARANG We Know That 23 percent of Indonesia's Homeland Is an Ocean consisting of islands and has been recognized internationally then Indonesia has sovereignty over the entire Indonesian sea area, the Government is obliged to maintain the government in the field of law enforcement both against threats of violations of the use of waters and maintaining and creating shipping safety and security and shipping safety facilities such as Shipping Navigation Assistance Advice (SBNP), Navigational State Vessels to determine safe shipping lanes and other instructors.
