Abstract
The use decision is a selection or selection of various alternative choices or in other words, it is a must for every consumer in carrying out a usage decision that is really needed by the consumer himself. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the interest of service users in using the PO bus. GARUDA MAS Route Purwodadi - Jakarta at Godong Terminal During the Covid 19 Pandemic, with a sample of 99 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling incidental sampling type. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y=0,037+0,569X1+0,132X2+0,181X3+µ The results of multiple linear regression research show that there is a positive and significant influence between ticket prices on service user decisions (t count 5,497 > t table 1,98472), Service Quality on service user decisions (t count 2.401 > t table 1.98472 ), Service Innovation on Service User Decisions (t count 2.038 > t table 1.98472). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.595) which means 59.5%, the variable coefficient of Ticket Price, Service Quality, Service Innovation affects the decision of Service Users, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by variables outside of this study
