Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of the facilities on time accuracy and airline management on Citilink passenger decisions (a case study at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang). This research was conducted on the decision of the passengers of the Citilink Indonesia flight route Semarang - Jakarta as a population. The data was collected through the methods of observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is based on the results of research and multiple linear analysis. The study finally managed to pull out the following equation : Y = 0.539 + 0.192X1 + 0.189X2 + 0.545X3 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing passenger decisions is the Airline Management variable with a regression coefficient of 0.545. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the result is 0.604 or 60.4%, which means that the decision of passengers on Citilink Indonesia aircraft for the Semarang - Jakarta flight route is influenced by the variable facilities, timeliness, and airline management, which is 60.4% and other factors. which influenced the decision of passengers on Citilink Indonesia aircraft for the Semarang - Jakarta flight route was 39.6%. Thus the results of the study indicate that facilities, timeliness, and airline management have a positive and significant effect on the decisions of passengers on Citilink Indonesia aircraft for the Semarang - Jakarta flight route.
