Abstract
In this research, it is analyzed by three variables of Service Research, Ticket prices,place of office and promotion as imdependent variables affecting dependent variable that is passenger interest. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of research and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables namely: Ticket prices,place of office and promotion to the dependent variable that passenger Interest. In this study the object taken is passenger ship KM.Binaiya PT. Pelni branch Semarang.Teknik data analysis is multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation: Y = 0,377 + 0,321 X1 + 0,235 X2 + 0,3347 X3 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially between Ticket prices on Passenger interest (t value count 2,687> t value table 2,0032). The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence Between Ticket prices on Passenger interest (value t arithmetic = 3.294> t table = 2.0032), The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the office premises on passenger Interest (t value = 2,445> t Table = 2,0032), Coefficient of determination to get value Adjusted R square equal to 0,512 thus 51.2% passenger interest explained by 3 variables, while the remaining 48.8% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
