Abstract

Port Operator Unit is a goverment institution at the port as an authority that caries out the functions of regulating, controling, and supervising port activities, and providing port service fort port that have not been commercially operated, ship measuremen is an important step in measuring ship for the issuance of small passes of course, mearsurement equipment is needed to facilitate activities in the field and smooth the issuance of small passes, the purpose of observing and writing thits paper is as a mean of knowleadge about the procedure fort issuing small passes and the Pangandaran Class III Port Operator Unit Office. The menthod used in making observations, interview, and liteature reviews which result in conclusions in providing firm intruction and information to employes for routinely checking measuring intruments before measuring ships smootness in the issuance of Small Pas.
