Abstract

The advances in the global economy today are fueling the rapid growth of the services sector. Many business opportunities arise from this sector, as well as many job opportunities created from the services sector. Currently, many services businesses are encountered in everyday life, one example is the transportation service company. It can be said that transportation services at this time is an indispensable tool for various joints of life. People will use private vehicles or public transport vehicles to deliver themselves to a destination, as well as companies needing transportation fleets to distribute their goods from warehouses to reach consumers in the market. Transportation is an inseparable and indispensable part of society in everyday life. There are many factors that influence passenger satisfaction in using transportation services, such as: related to services, ticket prices, facilities and vehicle conditions. In this research will be analyzed three variable of research that is service, ticket price, and facility as independent variable influencing dependent variable that is passenger satisfaction. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique.Based on multiple linear regression equation obtained as follows, Y = 3,647 + 0,226 X1 + 0,323 X2 + 0,231 X3 + μ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive influence between service to passenger satisfaction (tct 2,653>ttabel 1,290), ticket price to passenger satisfaction (tct 3,630>ttabel 1,290) and facility to passenger satisfaction (tct 3,636>ttabel 1,290) . Simultaneously, service variable, ticket price, and facility have 48,9% effect to passenger satisfaction and 51,1% explained by other causes outside of observed variable.
