Abstract

This paper was made to obtain a more in-depth description of the Inaportnet System at Pangkal Balam Port, especially regarding Clearance In/Out Ships by the Class IV Pangkal Pinang Port Authority and Port Authority. namely the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) policy electronically or known as the Indonesia Inaportnet is one part of the implementation of the INSW program which is an electronic system in the service of managing port documents (unloading) and ship documents. Inaportnet as a portal that is operated and integrated into all patterns of service activities for ships and goods is apparently still not providing fast service, for example, there are still frequent disruptions in the planning of berths, pilotage, and loading and unloading. Therefore, the authors conducted research using primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with the operational safety quality. While secondary data obtained through books, archives and other sources. Pangkal Balam Port also has a big influence on the process of Hinterian and the port has the potential to produce mining, agriculture, and agro-industry products. The main commodities are tin, kaolin, quartz sand, granite, rubber, palm oil and pepper. Keywords : Inaportnet
