Abstract
Topic main discussion in writing about the service of clearance in and clearance out of ships at PT Zona Utama Baru Makassar. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the clearance in and clearance out service of the ship, the application of inaportnet in the clearance in and clearance out of the ship, the documents that must be prepared in the clearance in and clearance out of the ship, the agencies inv olved in the clearance in and clearance out of the ship, and the obstacles experienced in the process of clearance in and clearance out of ships. The aim of the authors of the Paper whichis none other than to know the service of clearance in and clearance out of the ship, the application of the inaportnet system in the process of clearance in and clearance out of the ship, the documents required for the clearance in and clearance out of the ship, the agencies involved in the process of clearance in and clearance out services ship departure, and obstacles encountered in the process of clearance in and clearance out service of the ship. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observation, and the type of data. The results of the discussion of this paper is to know the process of the clearance in and clearance out of the ship using the inaportnet system makes it easy for shipping companies to become agents because agents do not have to always go to the port to take care of ship clearance in and clearance out.
