Abstract
To achieve optimal gypsum load execution using exca. So in writing this scientific paper the writer describes the of the implementation of the preparation of unloading gypsum. Based on the background of the problems that have been stated, there were obstacles in the preparation and implementation of loading and unloading at BG. Manyplus 17, namely unpredictable weather and at least a transportation fleet. So it can be concluded that before carrying out the unloading and the lack of supervision during the loading process, the implementation of the unloading of gypsum is not optimal. The author's suggestion is that the company can anticipate the weather, and increase the number of transportation fleets and pay more attention to ship demand, so that the loading and unloading process is carried out as optimally as possible. To support the completion of this paper, the method used for the author is a qualitative descriptive method, while the collection method used is the method of interviewing, observation, and literature related to handling cargo, especially during loading and unloading.
