Abstract

The main discussion in the writing of this paper is about the Procedure for Licensing Terminal Business Activities for Own Interests of PT. Tegal Trans Maritm at the Class IV Tegal Harbor Authority and Port Authority Office. PT. Tegal Trans Maritim is a company to serve docking where the company receives repair services for commercial vessels and fishing vessels. Therefore, it is necessary to have a permit and the steps taken by PT. Tegal Trans Maritim to obtain a business permit for this activity. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the authors used several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and document studies and literature studies. The results of the discussion of this paper are a checklist and recommendation for permits issued by the Harbormaster's Office for PT. Tegal Trans Maritim to run according to established procedures.
