Abstract

Transportation is a very important means to support human activities every day, so it must be prepared as well as possible. Transportation is very influential in activities such as the economy of moving people from one place to another, shipping goods and so on. Online transportation is one of the solutions offered by businessmen to answer public complaints about transportation that is not yet feasible in its service. This study aims to determine the effect of service, price and convenience on customer satisfaction in using online motorcycle taxi services on Gojek Jalan Gajah Raya II Semarang City with a research sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with incidental sampling. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software pacekage for social science (spss). The results of this study indicate that the service variable price and convenience have a partial effect on customer satisfaction for online motorcycle taxis at Gojek on Jalan Gajah Raya II Semarang City. the results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 4.024 + 0.316X1 + 0.250X2 + 0.185X3 + . From the multiple regression results, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction is the service variable with a regression coefficient of 0.478. With the r square test of 0.478 or 47.8%, which means that online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction on Gojek Jalan Gajah Raya II, Semarang City affects service, price and convenience, namely 47.8% and other factors that affect customer satisfaction by 52.2%.
