Abstract

Vehicle Feasibility Testing is a series of activities to test or inspect motorized vehicles, trailers, patch cars and special vehicles to realize the fulfillment of technical and roadworthiness requirements. This motor vehicle test can also be called a tail test. Vehicle Feasibility Testing is carried out regularly every six months in order to ensure community safety and environmental sustainability. Vehicle owners are required to register their motorized vehicles for data collection used for orderly administration, control of operating motor vehicles, facilitate investigation of violations or crimes related to the vehicle concerned, as well as for planning, engineering and management of traffic and public transport and to fulfill other data needs in the framework of national development planning. This study aims to determine the factors that affect Employee Performance, Work Envrionment and Service Quality on Top Vehicle Worthiness (A Case Study on Transportation Nasal, East Sumba Regency). This research was conducted on service users in the motor vehicle testing sector of the Transportation Agency of East Sumba Regency as a sample. Data collection was carried out through the method of observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.24 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is generated: Y = 0.288 + 0.377X1 + 0.182X2 + 0.415X3 + µ Based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of the multiple linear regression equation, it shows that the Employee Performance (X1) variable has t count (4.659)> t table (1.99834), the Work Environment variable (X2) t count (2.303)> t table (1.99834), and the Service Quality variable t count (4.978)> t table (1.99834). Meanwhile, the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.611. This means that 61.1% of the variation in the dependent variable is Highest Vehicle Worthiness (Y), which can be explained or caused by the independent variables, namely Employee Performance (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Service Quality (X3). While the rest (100% - 61.1% = 38.9%), was explained by causes other than the variables studied. Thus the results of the study show that Employee Performance, Work Envrionment and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the highest vehicle worthiness in Waingapu City. Keywords : Employee Performance, Work Envrionment, Service Quality, Top Vehicle Worthiness.
