Abstract
PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo is a company that serves the loading and unloading process and ship agents at ports throughout Indonesia which are intended primarily for the lower middle class, PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo is a company engaged in ship maintenance services at ports, fast information technology is needed so that services can be fast and accurate according to procedures so that the loading and unloading process runs smoothly. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedures for activities carried out starting from before the arrival of the ship until the ship's readiness to carry out wood loading, to find out the activities carried out by foreman loading in the wood loading process, PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo in handling services in the event of inappropriate quality and quantity. In writing this paper, the writer uses field method data collection, interview method, document method, literature method, and the author uses qualitative data, quantitative data, primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data. From this paper the author concludes the loading and unloading procedure of a shipping activity that loads or unloads a cargo from the dock into, the daily labor foreman takes off his duties and responsibilities to carry out and regulate the arrangement of goods in the hold or dock, quality and quantity control at PT.
