Abstract
Employee performance is influenced by several factors such asStyle leadership, Motivation and Work choaching. Of the three have an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the influence factors of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the PT.TRANSINDO TRANSPORTASI BAHARI SEMARANG either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the research population is an employee of the PT. TRANSINDO TRANSPORTASI BAHARI SEMARANG with sampling with 100 respondents (samples). The variables of this study consist of: Independent variables Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work choaching (X3) and Variables bound Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used with Questionnaire method. Results Analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.22 program obtained multiple linear regression Y = 1,803 + 0,307.X1 + 0,380.X2 + 0,217.X3 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that the existence of positive and significant influence individually or partially between leadership on employee performance (t count 3.878 > t table 1,98498), Motivation on Employee Performance (t count 4.294> t table 1,98498) Working coaching (t count 2.452> t table 1,98498), simultaneously factor of Leadership, Motivation, and Work coaching have positive and significant influence equal to F count 37.107> F table 3.09.
