Abstract
The subject matter in writing this paper is to obtain an overview of PT. Viva Samudera Perkasa in handling the Clearance In and Clearance Out processes of MV. New Fairy vessels with Inaportnet system at Tanjung Perak port, Surabaya. The background of the problem in this paper is the Clearance In and Clearance Out processes, related agencies, costs incurred and ship documents needed during the clearance process. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the paper, the author uses several methods. Judging from the source, the author uses primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, from the data collection method, the writer uses the method of observation, interviews and document studies. The result of the discussion of this paper is to know the process of clearance in and out of the MV. New Fairy vessels, the relevant agencies, the costs incurred and the documents needed at the time of clearance, the conclusion of the making of this paper is that the authors get additional insight related to the process of clearance in and out of MV. New Fairy vessels with the Inaportnet system so that it can facilitate and expedite activities in managing ship arrivals and departures.
