Abstract

The progress and success of the organization depends heavily on the performance of the individual in the organization in this case the employee, where the employee is able to work hard, proactive, loyal and discipline and responsible for the tasks and work that ultimately can achieve optimal performance so that positive impact on organizational performance . The existence of Civil Servants in administrative units from the central and regional levels has an important role for the smooth implementation of development and governance including the Office of Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah, the efforts to improve its performance becomes very important, thus influencing the improvement of the performance of public services / Community. The problem is influenced by many factors that include leadership, ability kejra and work motivation. So researchers conduct research related to the influence of (1) leadership, (2) work ability and (3) work motivation on (4) employee performance at Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah. This research is an ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were all employees in the Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah with the number of 30 employees. The test of research items was conducted on 30 employees of Bina Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Test validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation. While the reliability test using Apha Cronbach. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The prerequisite analysis test includes linearity test and multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study are: (1) no positive effect between leadership with employee performance of 7.2%; (2) there is a positive influence between work ability on employee performance equal to 47,5%; (3) there is a positive influence between employee performance motivation 54,3% (4) there is positive influence between leadership, work ability and motivation together with employee performance equal to 56,4% and equal to 43,6% come from variable Or other factors not present in the study. This is obtained from the analysis of r2 of 56.4%. Keywords: Leadership, Work Ability, Motivation, Employee Performance Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
