Abstract
PT. Ship Agent Indonesia is a shipping company engaged in ship agency. PT. Ship Agent Indonesia is a ship agency with a new company management system, and PT. Ship Agent Indonesia is tasked with providing Ship and Goods Services. PT. Ship Agent Indonesia also has established procedures for ship and goods services so that ship and goods services can be carried out properly and errors can be minimized, both in making documents and inputting as well as ship services. Ship and goods service procedure system at PT. Ship Agent Indonesia starts from the ship arriving at the port of destination. Then make a clearance in/out submitted to KSOP through the inaportnet application system that has been provided on the Inaportnet websaite to report arrival and determine the place of docking and request for scouting services at PT. Pelindo II before the ship arrives, the agent prepares the ship's data to be input in the inaportnet application system before the ship arrives at the destination port.
