Abstract
Transportation is the lifeblood of national development to ease the flow of people, goods and information as supporting the achievement of the allocation of economic resources optimally, roads Soekarno Hatta Airport is a busy road with motorists, because this road is a road which is a meeting of a new vehicle just enter the territory of the city of Semarang and the rider who is a native of Semarang. The transport sector is a sector that is very important to be able to support all human activities. Economic activities, education, defense, and security will also be run properly if it is supported by good transport system of a country, but if the transport system is not running properly, it can cause congestion or traffic accidents, so as to inhibit the transport activity. The research itself aims to determine the extent of the effect of lack of means on the vehicle (X1), lack of infrastructure on the highway (X2), Leisure Driving (X3), against traffic accidents (Y) Soekarno Hatta street Semarang. The formulation of the problem , research objectives and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant effect on an individual basis between the independent variables, namely the lack of facilities on the vehicle, lack of infrastructure on the highway, driving comfort, the dependent variables of traffic accidents. In this study the object taken is motorcycle users who meleintasi Soekarno Hatta Semarang. Sources of data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study were 100 respondents who use motorbikes are across the street Soekarno Hatta Semarang using the Quota sample. Data analysis technique is the technique of linear regression. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation : Y = 0.752 + 0.190 X1 + 0.238 X2 + 0.525 X3 + μ . The results of multiple linear regression equation indicates that there is a positive and significant effect partially between Means against Traffic Accidents ( t = 2,465 > t table = 1.98498 ), Infrastructure against Traffic Accidents ( t = 2,515 > t table = 1 , 98 498 ), Comfort Driving against traffic accidents (t = 5.419 > t table = 1.98498 ) . The influence of the variables with a correlation value R = 771. Keywords : Lack of the vehicle , lack of infrastructure on the highway, driving comfort and traffic accidents.
