Abstract
The growth of the air transportation industry in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. In the world of aviation, there are several factors that become the quality standards for companies that focus on the air transportation services industry. One of the most influential factors is the timeliness factor. If there is a flight delay, one of the quality standards for a company that focuses on the air transportation service industry is the timeliness factor that is not achieved. This study aims to determine the factors that affect, ground handling performance Airside Capacity Flight Schedule,human resources ,on On Time Performance (Case study at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang). The sample in this study were 70 respondents who were employees of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) section, Ground Handling employees and Air Traffic Controller (ATC) employees at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. Data collection was carried out through the method of observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.20 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is generated: Y = - 1,398 + 0,391X1 + 0,166X2 + 0,240X3 + 0,312X4 + Based on the results of filling out the questionnaire and the results of the multiple linear regression equation, it shows that the ground handling performance (X1) has (tcount 3,829> ttable 1,997), the airside capacity variable (X2) has (tcount 1,207< ttable 1,997), flight schedule (X3) has (tcount 2,188> ttable 1.997) and it show the human resoursce (tcount 3,727< ttable 1,997),. While the adjusted R2 value = 0.649. This means that 64,9% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely the timeliness of departure can be explained or caused by the independent variables, namely ground handling performance (X1), airside capacity (X2), Flight Schedule (X3) and Flight Schedule(X4) While the remaining 100% -64,9% = 35,1%, explained by reasons other than the variables studied. Thus the results of the study show , ground handling performance,airside capacity Flight Schedule, human resource, have a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of departure at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang.
