Abstract
In the service of the departure of vehicles and passengers must be regulated properly. As an archipelagic country, where the sea area is more dominant than the land area, in the context of national development today, the problem of the sea with all its aspects is the government's attention. Basically, the tendency of the port management system is in line with the order, direction, purpose and guidelines of port services with one of the loading and unloading companies in the context of increasing productivity, optimizing user facilities and equipment and developing ports in the form of ports. Equal cooperation and mutual need. The research method used is qualitative which discusses a number of issues, and summarizes the information contained in the research and presents it in the desired form. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by observing the object of research and secondary data was obtained from books, journals and literature studies. The purpose of this research discussion is to find out about the activities and the process of embarkation of vehicles and passengers at PT. Berlian Lautan Sejahtera at the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya to see further how the company's relationship with related parties is in supporting the embarkation and disembarkation of vehicles and passengers.
