Abstract

This study is based on the decreasing number of passengers who use the bus service of Safari Dharma Raya. PO. Safari Dharma Raya is one of the service companies engaged in land transportation with AKAP bus category, that serves several inter-city routes between provinces. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and ticket prices on passenger decisions in choosing a bus Dharma Raya Safari executive class majors Semarang-Surabaya. The population in this research is passengers of bus Dharma Raya destination Semarang-Surabaya with total sample 100 passengers with sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The type of research is descri Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit a model that includes statistical test t, F statistical test and coefficient of determination (R2). From the analysis obtained multiple linear regression analysis with equation: Y = 0.733 + 0.333X1 + 0.385X2 + 0.203X3 +  Where the decision variable of passenger (Y), service quality (X1), facility (X2) and ticket price (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. Then through the F test shows that the variable quality of service, facilities and ticket prices simultaneously significant effect on passenger decisions. The Adjusted R Square number of 0.561 indicates that 56.1 percent of passenger decision variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 43.9 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: passenger decision, service quality, facility, ticket price
