Abstract

In this study to determine the influence of leadership, discipline of work and work environment on employee performance. The formulation of the problem proposed by the author is how the influence of independent variables of leadership, motivation, work discipline and work environment partially and simultaneously. The hypothesis proposed is allegedly partial and simultaneous leadership variables, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The population in this study was 120 employees in 2018. After the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique, obtained the number of samples as many as 100 respondents who were done randomly without considering the statum in the population. Data collection methods used were interview method, questionnaire, and observation method. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, we can get multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 2,120 + 0,326X1 + 0,229X2 + 0,197X3+.. It is explained that the value of constant is 2,120, the leadership with regression coefficient value is 0,326, work discipline with regression coefficient value 0,229 and work environment with value 0,197. The results show that independent variables of leadership, motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.
