Abstract

Human resources have an important position for an organization or company. Human resources in this case high performing employees, play a dominant role in running the company's operations and achievement of goals that have been set. Therefore, organizations need to appreciate all aspects of the employees in order to create qualified human resources and superior performance. Performance in the company is the answer to the success or failure of company goals that have been established. The performance of an employee is an individual thing, because each employee has different levels of ability to do his job. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. With the employee population of PT. Mandala Samudra Trans Semarang and taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection methods used are the method of observation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis test shows that the variable that are human resource development, work compensation, and work climate have partial to employee performance of PT. Mandala Samudra Trans Semarang. Results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Y = 3.092 + 0.433X1 + 0.199X2 + 0.194X3 + μ. From the equation is known that the most dominant variable employee performance is variable that are human resource with regression coefficient 0.433. Test R2 (R square) obtained results of 0.525 or 52.5% which means that employee resource PT. Mandala Samudra Trans Semarang by variable that are human resource, work compensation, and work climate that is equal to 52.5% and other factors that affect employee resource PT. Mandala Samudra Trans Semarang is equal to 47.5%. Keywords: human resource development, work compensation, work climate and employee work
