Abstract

Human resources have an important position for an organization or company. Human resources in this case high performing employees, play a dominant role in running the company's operations and achievement of goals that have been set. Therefore, organizations need to appreciate all aspects of the employees in order to create qualified human resources and superior performance. Performance in the company is the answer to the success or failure of company goals that have been established The performance of an employee is an individual thing, because each employee has different levels ofability to do his job. The purpose ef this study to analyze the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. With the employee population of PT Karana Line Semarang and taken as many as 68 respondents. Using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection methods used are the method of observation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. From the result of research there is correlation between independent variable with dependent variable, hypothesis test using t test show that the three independent variable that is leadership (X]), work motivation (X2), Organization culture (X3), and Compensation (X4) studied proved to have positive effect and significantly influence the dependent variable employee performance, with Compensation variable (X3) has the highest influence from other variable in influencing employee performance, hypothesis test using t test that the three independent variables have positive and significant effect to employee performance variable, on coefficient of determination test (R Square ) Adjust R square value of 0.539 means that 53,9% variation of dependent variable of employee performance can be explained by independent variable of behavior of Leadership, work motivation, Compensation and organization culture. While the rest is 46, 1% explained by the causes other than the variables studied. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Organization culture, Compensation, and Employee Performance.
