Abstract
With the proliferation of off-party oil drilling, the construction of supply and anchor handling vessels or what we often call AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug and Supply Vessel, which in fact is the most vital means of sea transportation in offshore oil drilling locations, is also increasingly prevalent.
