Abstract
The Office of the Harbormaster and Port Authority of Class 1 Tanjung Emas Semarang is a government agency in charge of carrying out supervision, law enforcement in the field of shipping safety and security in accordance with its responsibilities. The supervisory task carried out by the Authority and the Harbormaster in the framework of regulating facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of shipping operations is an important matter. One of them is regarding the Ship Crew Certificate. Supervision of how the evangelism service process, the role and impact of the non-implementation of the certificate is the responsibility of the realization of the duties and implementation of the authority and the harbormaster. So in accordance with the applicable Laws and Ministerial Regulations the Office of the Harbormaster and the Class 1 Port Authority of Tanjung Emas Semarang have permanent duties and functions regarding the supervision of the implementation of evangelism of ship crews. There will be several major impacts if the supervision is not carried out in the proper Ship Crew Certificate in the duties and responsibilities of the Authority and the Harbormaster.
