Abstract

Transportation is the transfer of people or goods from one place to another within a certain time using a vehicle driven by humans, animals or machines. The dependence of the community on transportation is very high, with reasons to shorten travel time and convenience for people who do not have their own vehicles but want to still travel comfortably, coupled with the development of online transportation businesses that are not only for two-wheeled vehicles, four-wheeled vehicles are available as an option for society. The facilities provided are not only up to the transportation of humans, but also online food ordering and even online shopping where these facilities make it very easy for the community. The various facilities contained in online taxibike are not owned by conventional taxibike and other offline transportation. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained Y = 2.182 + 0.139 X1 + 0.352 X2 + 0.308 X3 +. The partial test results of price, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Evidenced by the results of the comparison of the t value with the t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the variable price t count (2.789) <t table (1.99394) with a significant level of 0.000> 0.05, variable promotion t count (3.853)> t table (1.99394) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, the service quality variable t count (3.667)> t table (1.99394) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. R2 test, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 63.1%, while the remaining 36.9% is explained by reasons other than the variable model which is not examined. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction
