Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the mobility of the population to move from one place to another is a very important factor. Indonesia as a country that can follow the development of globalization should improve these facilities so that they can be fulfilled properly. Companies need to make efforts in order to maintain and increase the Interest in Buying Tickets so that they do not switch to other modes of transportation. What can be done is by providing quality service that can support company activities to increase buying interest by paying attention to service quality, promotion and maintaining price stability. This research uses data collection methods in the form of observations made directly in the field, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. In this study, the authors used qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study were described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which were then represented in a description. It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on purchase intention, where the t-count value is 3.321> t-table 1.98525. The promotion variable (X2) has a positive influence on purchase intention where the tcount is 2.259> ttable is 1.98525. The price variable (X3) also has a positive effect on purchase intention, it has a tcount of 6.606> t table of 1.98525. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality, promotion, and price on purchase intention Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion, Price and Purchase Interest
