Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets in a business organization that can be used as a real potential physically and non-physically in realizing the existence of the organization. Human resource management is very important for the management of human resources and company resources in order to provide maximum results and have the best professionalism that can be relied on to achieve company goals and objectives. Every level of human resource management must create reliable human resources for each employee so that they are able to carry out their proper duties so as to increase employee productivity which in turn will be one of the keys to the progress and improvement of a company. Even high competitiveness will make employees ready for the challenges of globalization and make the company able to take advantage of the best opportunities. The formulation of problems and hypotheses in this study aims to see the influence of the Intrinsic Motivation (X1) Work Experience (X2) and Knowladge Sharing (X3) variables on Productis Work (Y). Objects taken in this study are employees of PT.Kai (Persero) Daop 4 Semarang who may be 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method using SPSS Version 23.0 as a tool. The results of multiple regression analysis show that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on human resource performance, work experience has a positive effect on human resource performance and knowledge sharing has a positive effect on HR performance. The results of the coefficient of intrinsic motivation, safety and knowledge sharing variables affect the performance of human resources by 58.1% while the remaining 41.9% for other variables are outside the study.
