Abstract
Safety driving is one of the issues that always get serious attention inevery country. Road traffic safety performance in Indonesia from ADB-ASEAN surveys in Andrew Ruspanah 2014, is ranked 9th out of 10 countries. This indicates that the handling of safety problems due to road traffic accidents in Indonesia has not been done much. Research Agus Aji Samekto (2009) states that the largest number of traffic accident victims in Semarang City and dominated by the age group of 15 - 21 years, generally are students or students. Where the largest number of vehicles involved in a traffic accident is a motorcycle. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence between independent variables of driving knowledge, driving behavior, risk perceptions and driving skills to the dependent variable that is safe driving behavior. In this study, the objects taken are all cadets / I STIMART "AMNI" Semarang which is actively registered. The sample in this research is 100 respondents with the technique used is a quota sampling technique which is a technique to determine the sample of the population having certain characteristics until the desired quantity (quota). Based on the result of the analysis with SPSS Statistic versi 23, multiple regresion model quations are obtained by research : Y = 1,297 + 0,237 X1 + 0,169 X2 + 0,169 X3 + 0,299 X4 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive influence between driving knowledge to safe driving behavior (tcount 3,083 > ttable1,9845), driving attitude towards safe driving behavior (tcount 2,335 > ttable 1,9845), risk perceptions of safe driving behavior (tcount 3,642 > ttable 1,9845), and driving skills to safe driving behavior (tcount 3,782 > ttable 1,9845). Thus the results of the study show that driving knowledge, driving attitude, risk perception, and driving skill have positive and significant impact on Safe Behavior of Driving at Level I level of Transport Management Department STIMAR "AMNI" SEMARANG.
