Abstract

Traffic accident is the main cause of death with various for, every year as many as 6.625 people equivalent to 54 people every day. Traffic accident in indonesia has had entered the stage apprehensive by Central Bureau of Statistic. This study attempts to know whether behavior the rider, the vihicle of condition and road conditions impact on traffic accident . To research this objects taken are along roads tolls Semarang-Salatiga . A source of the data that is primary and secondary data. Research sample areas as many as 100 respondents and techniques used is a technique non probability with incidental sampling. The method of analysis that used is the quantitative analysis that is analysis of multiple linier regression analysis includes: test validity and reliability, test the assumption classical, the testing of hypotheses with this t, and analysis the coefficients determination (R2). Based on this analysis, obtained the regression equation is in the bellow: Y = 0,463 + 0,190 X1 + 0,428 X2 + 0,285 X3 +µ Coefficientsi correlation adjusted R Square in research is 0,662 where the value of that side of the relation between variables free variable bound is of 66,2 %. The testing of hypotheses use test t show that all three variable free that in human error (X1), condition of the road (X2) and road conditions (X3) subjects proven have had a positive impact and significant to affect variable bound namely traffic accident . In test the coefficients determination (R Square) the value adjusted R Square of 0,651 it means 65,1 % variation variable bound traffic accident can be explained by variable free behavior the rider, condition of the road and road conditions. While the rest those are 34,9 % explained by the others out variable the treatment. Keywords: Traffic Accidents, Human Error, vehicle condition, road condition
