Abstract
This study aims to analyse the significance factors of Mode Choice of transportations, On Time Performance, and Rates towards the Consumers Decisions of Tande’mandv vessel in Batam. This study is performed to the company's consumers as the population. The data collection involves observations, literary reviews, interviews, documentations, and questionaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used in this study is based on the result of research and multiple analysis using SPSS v.25 program. The study finally managed to pull out the following equation : Y = 1,647 + 0,226X1 + 0,323X2 + 0,231X3 + µ Based on the multiple linear regression equation, the study found out that the most dominant variable in the consumers decisions of the company is the On Time Performance variable with the regression coeficiency of 0,323. Furthermore, the determinated coeficiency (adjusted R square) showed a result of 0,511 or 51,1%. This means the consumers decisions of the company is governed by the variables of Mode Choice of transportations, On Time Performance, and Rates by 51,1% as well as other factors by 48,9%. Therefore, it is found that Mode Choice of transportations, On Time Performance, and Rates played a positive and significance role for the consumers decisions of the Tande’mandv vessel in Batam.
