Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is operational activities in the management of RSA.Marine 3 ship documents by PT. Samudera Sukses Indonesia in Batam Riau Islands. The background of the problem in this paper is the RSA.Marine 3 ship agency service, the service of clerance in / out documents, and related agencies. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the paper, the author uses several methods. From the source, the author uses primary and secondary data. Whereas from the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews and document studies. The results of the discussion of this paper are operational section activities in the management of RSA.Marine 3 ship documents at PT. Samudera Sukses Indonesia, Batam branch of Riau Islands, constraints and solutions. The conclusion of the writing of this paper is that the author gets additional insights related to the management of RSA.Marine 3. Ship documents 3.
