Abstract

Employee performance is important in improving employee productivity. In improving the performance of employees the company must be able to know the factors that may affect performance. These factors include leadership, motivation and work stress on employees. Human resources in the form of employees for the company is an asset, as well as employees of Tawang Semarang Station. Employees are factors that play an important role in achieving company goals. These factors should be considered by the leadership so that employee performance can be optimal. In this research will be analyzed three variable of research that is leadership, motivation and stress of keja as independent variable influencing dependent variable that is employee performance. The formulation of problem of purpose of research and hypothesis in this research is to analyze the positive and significant influence partially between independent variable that is leadership, motivation and work stress to dependent variable that is employee performance. In this research object taken is employees of Semarang Tawang Station (PT KAI DAOP IV Semarang). Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 70 respondents who are employees of Semarang Tawang Station (PT KAI DAOP IV Semarang). Data collection was done using questionnaire method. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive influence between leadership toward employee performance (t count 3.558> t table 1,996), motivation to employee performance (t count 3,574> t table 1,996), work stress on employee performance (t count 5,811 > T table 1,996).
