Abstract

One resource that is very important for a company is human resources, in addition to the resources of other ideas and creativity is able to perform activities of the company so it can grow and prosper in accordance with the company's goals. To motivate employees to work up to the success of the company, compensation as one of the most decisive factors. The existence of human resources in a company plays an important role labor has great potential to carry out activities of the company.In improve the performance of employees of companies employ several ways, for example through education, training, provision of adequate compensation, creating a conducive work environment and increase promotion dramatically higher positions. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Semarang to obtain qualitative data that will be converted into quantitative data. To measure the independent variables and the dependent variable used a Likert scale (Likert scale) is by way exposes a respondent to a question (indicator empirical) and then asked to give an answer: strongly agree, agree, quite agree, disagree, and strongly disagree, each - each answer given a score of 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of independent variables, namely: organizational culture, compensation, motivation, and leadership of the dependent variable is employee performance, with the result: Y = 2,002 + 0.189 X1, + 0.195 X2 + 0.227 X3 + 0.357 X4 + µ. And based on the coefficient of determination can be knotted that the variables of Compensation, Leadership, Work Enviroment, and Promotion well-being together - each has a strong influence on the performance of employees at 66.9%.
