Abstract
Purifier is an auxiliary aircraft used to separate dirt and water from oil. This study examines the water operating supply cannot close, things that interfere with disc rotation when the purifier is operated by the bowl, and the cause of the L.Opurifier being wasted into the sludge tank. This type of research is qualitative. From the research results, it was concluded that the purifier operation failed because the water operating supply pressure could not close the bowl. The cause is a clogged nozzle, less water pressure from the hydrophore, the selenoid valve can't work and too much sludge. The disruption of disc rotation when operating the purifier is caused by the shaft not rotating stably, dirty disc bowl and irregular disc installation. The large amount of lubricated oil is wasted into the sludge tank due to improper repair of the bowl disc purifier and the slow delivery of spare parts by the company, resulting in oil spillage that comes out of the discharge stream to the sludge tank.
