Abstract

To be able to provide excellent service then Werkudara Tourism Level Bus will provide maximum satisfaction to the passengers. So this study analyzed the "Influence of Service Quality, Ticket Price and Facilities To Satisfaction Of Passenger Bus Level of Werkudara Tour of Surakarta City". The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of services, ticket prices, and facilities on passenger satisfaction Bus Tour Level Werkudara Surakarta. The sample in this study Standing 70 respondents. Data writing techniques using 3 methods, namely questionnaires, interviews, dani. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression test. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. This analysis yields the regression equation as follows coefficient in this research equal to 0,834 where the value is correlation between independent variable with variable is equal to 83,4%. Hypothesis testing using experiment is independent variable that is Quality of Service (X1), Ticket Price (X2), Facility (X3) which tested proved positive and significant to Personal variable that is Passenger Satisfaction. In the determination coefficient test (R Square) Adjusted R square value of 0.682 was 68.2% independent variable. While the rest is 31.8% by the causes other than the variables studied.
