Abstract
The development of business in the logistics services sector in Indonesia is currently increasing. The rapid growth of logistics companies that is happening at this time has resulted in increasingly competitive competition between companies so that the management of each company is required to continue to strive to improve effectiveness in the company. Effectiveness is the level of achievement of program results with predetermined targets (Mardiasmo, 2009). Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of the company, an influencing factor is operational examination, namely the review of every part of the procedures and methods applied by an organization with the aim of evaluating efficiency and effectiveness. Warehouse Layout is a design that tries to minimize total costs by finding the best guidance between space and material handling. Warehouse Management System is an Information Technology-based tool or method used to increase warehouse efficiency by coordinating warehouse activities and to maintain accurate inventory by recording warehouse transactions through database data collection. This study uses a quantitative method, namely filling in the Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kamigumi Logistik Cikarang with characteristics, namely employees aged 20 years to 40 years, employees who are not on leave, and employees in the operational division. In this study, the sample technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study and multiple analysis resulted in a linear regression equation, namely: Y = -4,774 + 0,633 X1 + 0,185 X2 + 0,508 X3 + μ It shows that the independent variables simultaneously (operational inspection, warehouse layout and warehouse management system) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (warehouse effectiveness) with an F test value (Fcount 39.279> Ftable 2.70) and have an effect of 53.7 %. Based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows partially the operational inspection t count (4,759)> t table (1,985) H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the warehouse layout is t count (2,408)> t table (1,985) ) H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, Warehouse Management System is t count (3,815)> t table (1,985) H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between operational inspection, warehouse layout and Warehouse Management System.
