Abstract
The problem currently faced by Departerment of Transportion pekanbaru city is related to the decreasing number of user loyalties every year that occurs at the Transportation Agency. If this is allowed to continue, it is not impossible that this will endanger the continuity of the business of the Departerment of Transportion pekanbaru city. There are many factors that influence user loyalty influenced by trust, perceived price, and perceived location. In this study, the object of choice taken is the Transmetro Bus Transportation service user in Pekanbaru City. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents the sampling technique used was purposive sample. Based on the results of the analysis using SPSS ver 22.0, the research multiple regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0,533 + 0,223 X1 + 0,460 X2 + 0,245 X3 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between (t count = 2.580> t table = 1.98447) trust, (t count = 4.047> t table = 1.98447) price perception, (t count = 2.597> t table = 1.98447) perceived location of user loyalty. While simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect (F count = 54.347> F table 2.70) the effect of the three research variables is very strong with the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) which is 61.9% on user loyalty and 38.1% is influenced by variables that were not detected in this study.
