Abstract

The State of Indonesia is one of the Maritime Countries, namely that most of its territory is waters and consists of islands. With sea transportation, access between islands is easier. Therefore, PT. Atosim Lampung Pelayaran provides services related to ports, one of which is the operational process of the arrival and end of the ship. Where PT. The Lampung Pelayaran atosim has an important role in the implementation of the Sea Highway where there are also obstacles that occur during the arrival and ending process. The purpose of this observation is to see the operational time of arrival, ship visits and document maintenance so that the process runs without serious obstacles at the Port of Tanjung Emas in Semarang. The data method used is literature study, observation and interview methods. The result of the observation is that it can see the time of arrival of the ship, namely notifying the time of arrival of the ship to the KSOP, KKP, Jetty Master, Jaasa Mooring Boat. Make an inside permit note and ship service at the Harbormaster and then the arrival can be carried out, for the follow-up process with a declaration of the captain for readiness, the agent leaves out to the KKP and the Harbormaster to arrange the SPB.
