Abstract
Customer is an important factor on the survival of a company. Company problem at this time, company didn’t know how much is level of customer satisfaction , if the company still continue with this situation, the company cannot know the next strategies to grow up the company, there so many factor who connected with customer such as trust, Facility and service quality. The formulation of the problem for this research are, research objectives and hypothesis in this study was to analyze is there a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables: trust, Facility and service quality to the dependent variable namely customer. In this study the object are customer of PT. Panah Perdana Logisindo Semarang. Sources of data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study was 80 respondents, sampling technique at this research all of the population are the sample. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation: The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and partial significant between ( t = 3,543> t tabel = 1,99167) trust, (t 4,976 > t tabel =1,99167) Facility ( t = 3,908> t tabel = 1,99167) Service quality effected Customer Satisfaction. While collectively - together (simultaneously) the positive and significant effect (F = 44,199 > F table 3,12). Together - the same effect of the trust, customer satisfaction, perceptions of convenience to customer loyalty. keywords: Trust, Facility, Service quality, Customer satisfaction
