Abstract

PT. Adhiguna Putera is a company that serves loading and unloading processes and ship agents in ports throughout Indonesia which are designated mainly from the lower middle class, PT. Adhiguna Putera is a company engaged in ship maintenance services at ports, fast information technology is needed so that services can be fast and accurate according to procedures. In the implementation of the clearance in and out of the ship, sometimes there are problems, namely in the process of handling activities in and out of ships. In its implementation, many obstacles are found, these obstacles are in the form of documents or ship certificates that have expired, inaccurate information on the arrival of ships is delayed and there is no dock facility for berths because other ships are still occupied. This observation aims to determine the procedure which includes clearance in and out of ships at the Tanjung Wangi port of the Banyuwangi branch. This observation uses the method of field study, observation, discussion or interview and from a literature study. The result of this observation is the process of clereance in and clereance out of SV. Prospero 10 can run properly according to the desired procedure and activities can run smoothly so that the ship can leave for the destination port.
