Abstract
There are many possibilities that caused ship accidents. The safetyness of a voyage is a state where all the safety requirements and the security on sea transport, port, and marine environment are fulfilled. Passage plan is one of the most important factor of the safety, security and smoothness of a voyage, especially on narrow channels. Passage plan become an important factor on entering narrow channels because it can identifyproblems or the danger. When a ship is about to enter or while passing the narrow channels.The purpose of this study is to optimalze the making of passage plan based on the silting of the river flow in MV. GLADIOLUS SEJATI. The date collecting methods used ware library research and field research using observation and interview technique. The result of this study on the making of passage plan on MV. GLADIOLUS SEJATI and its effect on the navigational safety and narrow channels is suitable with SOLAS and P2TL. Keywords : Passage Plan, Narrow Channel
