Abstract

Kesyahbandaran office and the port authority (Office KSOP) class II Tanjungpinang domiciled in the Capital city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands Province. The development and progress in the Riau Islands are changing so rapidly, it is not apart from the impact of the growth triangle Singapore, Johor and Riau Islands ata Malaysia / Indonesia. This study has the aim to determine the Factor Analysis Motivation, Leadership, Supervision, and quality of service on Employee Performance (Case Study On Syahbandar Office and the Port Authority of Class II Tanjungpinang This research was conducted in the Office of the harbor master and the sample. Data collected through observation method, interview, Library Studies, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the Linear Regression with SPSS 23. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation: Y = 2.028 + 0.226 + 0.151 X1 + 0.258 X2 X3 + X4 + 0.257  Shows that, Based on empirical facts (the results of questionnaires) and the results of multiple linear regression showed that the variables of motivation (X1) has a value of 2,976 t and t table amounted to 2.0195 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Leadership variable (X2) has a t value of 2.066 and t table amounted to 2.0195 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Variable control (X3) has t value of 2.998 and t table amounted to 2.0195 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Variable quality of service (X4) has a t value of 2.787 and t table amounted to 2.0195 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. With so results showed motivation, leadership, supervision and quality of service on employee performance (a case study on the Office and the Port Authority harbor master class II Tanjungpinang).
