Abstract
In this study analyzed four variables of research comfort,service quality, price as independent variables that affect the dependent variable that is passenger satisfaction. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this research is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables of comfort,service quality, price to the dependent variable that is the passenger satisfaction of Kedung Sepur train. In this study the object taken is the train passengers Kedung Sepur. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study is 100 respondents who are passengers of Kedung Sepur train. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression techniques and with statistical tools SPSS 22.0, based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation: Y = 2,492 + 0,149X1 + 0,526X2 + 0,196X3 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially between comfort to passenger satisfaction (t count = 2,073> t table = 1,984), quality of service to passenger satisfaction (t count = 8,687> t table = 1,984), price to the satisfaction of railway passengers Kedung Sepur (t count = 2,713> t table = 1.984) while the coefficient of determination to get the value of R square of 0.541 thus 54,1% satisfaction of railway passengers Kedung Sepur explained by 3 variables, while the remaining 45,9% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
