Abstract

This thesis is entitled: Analysis of Factors That Influence the Delay of Trans Java BRT Arrival Times at Each Tawang-Bawen Station Route Shelter. The success of a company engaged in the service sector is if the services offered by the company can be accepted by consumers and can make consumers satisfied by using their services (in this study the company in the field of land transportation services). Late arrival time is influenced by various factors including Facilities, Congestion and Employee Performance. All three have an important role in influencing the delay in arrival time. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of facilities, congestion and employee performance on the arrival time delay at the Trans Jateng BRT Tawang - Bawen Terminal. The sample partially in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Central Java BRT service. By using incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis obtained by the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.903 + 0.129 X1 + 0.580 X2 + 0.191 X3 + μ From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the delay in arrival time is congestion with a regression coefficient of 0.580 and the R ^ 2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained a result of 0.582 or 58.2% which means the delay in arrival time is influenced by variables facilities, congestion and employee performance. That is 58.2% and other factors that influence the arrival time delay is 42.8% such as operational, technical, weather and others.
