Abstract
From the results of the study there is a relationship between free variables and bound variables, Hypothesis test using t test shows that the three free variables namely Facility Factor (X1), Ticket Price Factor (X2), Service Quality factor (X3) studied proven variables (X1, X2 and X3) positively and significantly affect bonded variables namely passenger satisfaction (Y), variable factor Ticket Price (X2) has the highest influence (0,323) than other variables in influencing passenger satisfaction factors. In the determination coefficient test (R Square) the adjust r square value of 0.489 means that 48.9% variation of variables bound passenger satisfaction can be explained by free variable loading and unloading, freight path and natural conditions. While the remaining 51.1% is explained by other reasons beyond the variables studied. Keywords : Fakor Facilities, Ticket Price Factor and Service Quality Factor
