Abstract
All companies want to continue to exist and be superior. To survive in the business world, a company must be able to set the right strategy and technique. An important step in placing a service company in order to be superior, one of which is to be able to provide quality services. Companies are required to continue to make improvements, especially in the quality of their services. AKAP buses are buses that serve various routes between cities and provinces, such as POs. Safari Dharma Raya majoring Temanggung - Jakarta. There are many types of AKAP buses that offer different services the same for inter-city routes between provinces which results in increased competition in the transportation business. Every company must have a way to attract consumers to use the bus route services, one of which is by maintaining customer trust. This research uses data collection methods in the form of observations made directly in the field, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. In this study the authors used qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study were described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which were then represented in a description. It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the Customer Trust variable (X1) has a positive influence on passenger interest, where the tcount is 3.407> ttable 1.984. Service Quality Variable (X2) has a positive influence on passenger interest where the tcount 2.897> ttable 1.984. The Facility variable (X3) also has a positive influence on passenger interest, having a tcount of 2.002> t table of 1.984. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Customer Trust, Service Quality, Facilities on Peumpang Interest.
